Strictly surf music

These are songs that literally shout “surf” music. Not surf genre, not surf rock, not Jack Johnson – but music that has “surf” in the name.

Like most surfers I’ve got an iTunes chock full of surf guitar music, from Dick Dale and the Beach Boys through to Red Hot Chili Peppers and The Beautiful Girls.

But few of these tunes sing about surfing, or even allude to our saltwater addiction. So I set myself a challenge: to find surf music with “surf” in the song or band name.
