The Mob are heavily influenced by the legends Duke Ellington and Jimmy page, and “draw on the Spirit of ‘69”.
They certainly have the raw power and spirit of that golden age, but King Mob’s toe stomping sounds will complement every contemporary music collection.
King Mob is a new band with impressive experience, it comprises:
• Chris Spedding – who has played guitar with Roxy Music, Elton John, John Cale and Paul McCartney.
• Glen Matlock – played bass with Sex Pistols, Iggy Pop and Faces
• Martin Chambers – played drums with the Pretenders
• Stephen W Parsons aka Snips – provides vocals as he did with legendary 70’s band Sharks
• Sixteen – reportedly a hot new guitar talent
You can have a taste of their musical flavours by downloading the first single “Selene Selene” free on Amazon. Or go wild and buy the whole King Mob album ‘Force 9’ released today.
